Karishma Mehrotra is an Indian American journalist and academic living in India and focusing on issues of the future: technology, climate, urbanisation, and migration. She has worked at or with the Indian Express, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Scroll.in, the Boston Globe, Bloomberg Businessweek, the Earth Journalism Network, and the World Bank. She is currently completing a Fulbright research grant in Bihar and Jharkhand.
